Deliveries and returns

Delivery

We deliver to the French Overseas Territories and Metropolitan France.

Each order takes place in 4 stages:

  1. We prepare your order within 5 to 7 working days (this time can be extended to 1-2 weeks in the event of high demand). As the products are personalized by hand, the delivery time may sometimes be longer ( variable time for products on pre-order or in the process of being restocked).
  2. Once your order has been processed, its status will change from : “in progress” to “completed”
  3. We then place your order in a sorting center, your order is sent by La Poste within 2 to 3 working days in the French Overseas Territories (indicative time frame transmitted by La Poste). Allow up to one week for other destinations in Europe and up to 20 days for the Overseas Territories.
  4. An email with your tracking number will be sent to you at the contact address provided during your order validation.

 

Refund Policy Return

Our withdrawal policy lasts 15 days.

If more than 15 days have passed since the date you received your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer refunds or exchanges .

The date of receipt taken into account is the delivery date stipulated on the tracking number of your package.

To be eligible for return, your item must be unused and in the condition you received it . It must also be in its original packaging.

We do not accept returns of personalized products.
Other items not permitted for return:
* Gift cards
 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to let you know that we have received the returned item.

We will also let you know if your refund is approved or denied.
If approved, your refund is then processed and your credit card or original payment method is automatically credited within a few days.

* Delayed or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, double-check your bank account first.
Then contact your credit card company, as it may take a little time for your refund to be officially posted.
Then contact your bank. The posting of a refund is often preceded by a processing time.

* Sale or promotional items (if applicable)
Only normal priced items are refundable . Unfortunately, sale or promotional items are not.

*Exchanges (if applicable)
We only replace items that are initially defective or damaged. If you need to replace yours with the same item, email us at sublim-krea.gp@gmail.com

*Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at the time of purchase and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit equal to the value of the item being returned. Once the returned item is received, a gift voucher will be sent to you.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, or if the gift giver had the order sent to them with the intention of giving it to you later, it is her that we will send the refund and she will therefore know that you have returned her gift.
Shipping

To return your product, please contact us at sublim-krea.gp@gmail.com so that we can provide you with the return postal address .

You are responsible for the initial and return shipping costs of your item . They are not refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping cost will be deducted .

Depending on where you live, the time it takes to receive your exchanged product may vary.

If you are shipping an item worth more than $50, we recommend using a shipping tracking service or insuring your shipment. We do not guarantee that we will receive the returned item
